Kronodoc Software as a Service (SaaS) is a new service concept. Kronodoc SaaS provides a new way for Kronodoc customers to interact in a way that will drive on demand for Kronodoc applications like project and plant information management, projectbank and contract management.

A company or a project network doesn't have to acquire application licenses, or servers and databases needed for the use of the application. Instead, all these can be hired for a particular length of time, and the use can be scaled depending on the amount of users and data involved.

Kronodoc SaaS is secure. The SSL encryption is the same that is used for example in internet banking. The system and the data are located in a secure and controlled service center under constant monitoring and maintenance.

Kronodoc SaaS is reliable. All systems in the service center are designed with an uninterrupted 24/7 service in mind. The service center efficiently maintains all the critical parts of the system, such as the server equipment, data security, the usability and the operability of the system, and backups.

Kronodoc SaaS is cost efficient. It would be close to impossible for the customer company or the project network to reach the same service or cost levels by managing a similar solution themselves. Kronodoc SaaS is priced according to the amount of users in the company or the network. The start up fee contains the technical delivery of the solution, and the monthly fee is always a fixed fee per named user.

Kronodoc SaaS does not tie up the customer, and is the most risk free option for projects. After the project is complete all documents can be exported and transferred to third party systems.
