MultiKronodoc is an innovative tool for project information management

Multiprint Oy expands its product portfolio to cover the management and distribution of project and document information. Featuring audit trail and lifecycle management among other important functionalities, MultiKronodoc is a versatile and secure service developed jointly by Multiprint and Kronodoc Oy. Multiprint also launches a new ordering system, MultiOrder, as well as a free product and user support service.

MultiKronodoc is primarily intended for the use of constructors, designers and engineers, real property builders and owners, facilities managers, as well as project managers. The novel product allows Multiprint to control the document management over the entire lifecycle from design to long-term filing. Kronodoc Oy is responsible for the product platform, and Multiprint for sales and support. Development work is carried out in co-operation.

With complete document lifecycle management, traceability and audit trail, MultiKronodoc excels in comparison with other products available on the market. MultiKronodoc also provides functionalities for viewing and editing CAD images and for interfacing with several copyshops. MultiKronodoc responds the demands of the market

MultiKronodoc includes system management 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the year. The associated maintenance covers the support and administration services, troubleshooting and problem resolution, regular backup copying, servicing and updating, datacenter equipment maintenance, uninterrupted monitoring of the product environment, and upgrades to the latest MultiKronodoc software version.  Following a fixed starting fee, the customer is charged for the service on a monthly basis.  

MultiOrder ordering system and material database

Multiprint also launches MultiOrder, a new electronic ordering system and material database developed by Multiprint. This product supplements various previously existing order processing systems and is particularly suitable for customers in the field of technical industries with numerous simultaneously ongoing projects and large document and printout distribution volumes. The new ordering tool allows customers to gain advantage of their own order history, and facilitates, for example, saving of distribution details separately for each project.   

Multiprint offers free product and user support

For enhanced customer satisfaction, Multiprint also introduces a nationwide, free-of-charge product and user support for customers and designers in the field of technical industries, especially those specializing in construction and facilities management.
