Finnprotein Ltd's wholly owned investment company Soyprom Investments Ltd, which belongs to the Russian investment, investment and commercial bank in the cluster (the Renaissance Group). Work on Uusikaupunki, the next new plant has already begun. Finnprotein Ltd's factory plant soybeans to produce soybean meal, soybean oil, soy flour and food eligible for concentrate. Soybeans imported to Uuteekaupunkiin Hepokari port annually about 400,000 tons.
